I laid it out in Indesign on A4 with folded line marks then emailed it out as a PDF. The families then used the site to upload photos and videos and track their progress on the challenges. 100% Challenge was built using Ning, a social networking tool, which was customisable to a degree. Working within the structure of Ning was challenging but the overall look and feel fitted well within the brand even if some of the finer details were beyond our control. The brief was "to create an intense, bold and powerful atmosphere which mixes elegance and the rugged rawness of the Scottish landscape" The brief went on to say that the design "is about how the Scottish take their spirit and traditions overseas" and that it "must be modern and special as Pringle is celebrating it's 190th birthday". They were used to help explain the benefits to their new product service which brought together customers fixed and mobile communications into one fully managed service. In total there were over 49 animations created over a two week period. Users were also invited to suggest what to do with the hoppers once the installation was finished. The best suggestion would then be filmed and aired online. The campaign won NMA campaign of the month in December 2009, was runner up in the Creative Showcase in January 2010 and was also featured in Creative Review's Best of Book Annual 2010.
